I am Paolo and I have always been fascinated by "the new" - new ideas, new solutions or new adventures. As a Collaboration Designer, I create and facilitate collaborative processes to address political challenges, develop concrete actions and create visions shared across party lines.

My current adventure is a proper expedition 🥾 - together with a great time I am building Expedition Future, an initiative to bring more collaboration and innovation in the political field 🤟. I am one of the authors of the better Playbook for Social Innovation 🛠️, a toolset to help organizations to innovate for them and society at once 🎈.

During the last 10 years I pitched 🕺, upcycled bread 🥖, crafted digital strategies 🧠, created websites 🧑‍💻, run workshops 💪, lectured at university 🧑‍🏫, played theater 🎪, traveled 🎒, studied 👨‍🎓, lived in 5 countries 🌍, facilitate teams ❤️ and had lot of fun 👯. As a proper Swiss guy I am fluent in German 🇩🇪, Italian 🇮🇹, French 🇫🇷 and English 🇬🇧.
